As a TTL, you will be at the helm of daily operational team management, spearheading efficient service delivery, ensuring impeccable quality control, and driving relentless improvement.

As our Technical Team Leader, you will dive into a diverse array of responsibilities, including:

  • Daily Operational Management: Take charge of Front Office and/or Back Office teams, orchestrating planning, task definition, and execution.
  • Resource Management: Strategically allocate and manage resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Proactive Engagement: Collaborate closely with the hierarchy, identifying challenges, proposing process enhancements, tracking activities against targets, and delivering regular, insightful reports.
  • Cost and Time Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on costs, timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Change Control: Guide the change control process with finesse, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide inspirational leadership to the operational team, nurturing their skills and expertise while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certified: Hold the esteemed ITIL V4 Foundation certification.

As a Technical Team Leader, you must excel in management and organizational competencies, including:

  • Procedure Development: Craft and uphold operational unit procedures, ensuring clarity and adherence to guidelines.
  • Service Enhancements and Optimization: Drive continuous improvements and optimizations, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Change Facilitation: Champion change within the team, fostering adaptability and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct productive work meetings, effectively communicating goals, progress, and addressing concerns.
  • User Satisfaction Analysis: Analyze user satisfaction to identify areas of enhancement and address user needs effectively.

To seize this opportunity, you should meet the following experience criteria:

  • Education: Possess a degree awarded for the first cycle of higher education and boast 7 years of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles.
  • ITIL Framework Experience: Have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in IT services managed in accordance with the ITIL framework.
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Multitasking and Result Orientation: Thrive in managing multiple tasks concurrently while steadfastly focused on delivering results.
  • Precision and Quality-Driven: Embrace a meticulous approach, driven by quality and accuracy.
