We are looking for a structured and analytical ITSM Reporting Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will focus on enhancing and optimizing service reporting processes, ensuring quality, transparency, and consistency of IT service metrics. You will work closely with teams responsible for Service Level Management, Business Relationship Management, and Service Reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, optimize, and maintain existing service reports
  • Define new KPIs and build reporting dashboards
  • Document and track requirements using structured methodologies
  • Ensure consistency between SLA documentation and reporting
  • Work with ITSM tools and reporting platforms to support process improvements

Tools & Environment:

  • BMC Remedy (ticketing and process documentation)
  • Jira (requirement tracking)
  • Confluence (documentation)
  • Yellowfin (reporting)
  • Excel (including VBA/macro usage)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in ITSM, particularly in Service Reporting or Service Level Management
  • Experience creating, analyzing, and maintaining service reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge of ITSM metrics such as availability, incident resolution time, change success rate
  • Hands-on experience with SLA, OLA, and UC structures
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticketing systems (BMC Remedy preferred)
  • Excellent German language skills
  • More than 4 years of experience in ITSM
  • Experience in public sector projects
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA)
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 20000 standards
