IT Support Technician / Service Desk Technician

We are looking for a reliable and service‑oriented IT Support Technician to strengthen our Service Desk operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient digital experience for all users. You will be responsible for handling technical requests, troubleshooting issues, and supporting day‑to‑day IT activities within a modern workspace environment.

Your Mission

As the first point of contact for IT inquiries, you will diagnose issues, provide solutions, and escalate incidents when required. You will contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and user‑friendly IT environment, while ensuring a high standard of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level technical support through a ticketing system; follow up on incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows 11 workstations.
  • Support end‑users with local hardware, including monitors, docking stations, headsets, and other peripherals.
  • Assist with daily productivity tools within the Microsoft 365 suite (desktop applications, PWA, and online versions).
  • Support users in PDF tools usage and electronic signature workflows.
  • Troubleshoot video conferencing issues related to Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex setups.
  • Identify and address basic network issues involving Wi‑Fi, VPN connections, and general connectivity.
  • Promote and support best cybersecurity practices, including phishing awareness and secure authentication methods.

Requirements and Skills

  • Previous experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or GLPI.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 troubleshooting.
  • Hands‑on experience with IT hardware and peripherals.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and productivity applications.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing support (Teams, Webex).
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, VPN, connectivity).
  • Awareness of essential cybersecurity principles and tools such as Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑service mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
