As a BMC Helix Specialist, you will contribute to the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of BMC-Helix modules. You’ll work on implementing new digital service request forms, defining SLAs, and collaborating with internal teams to design sustainable, high-quality solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement new SRM forms in the Digital Workplace Catalog with complex workflows, approval rules, and dependencies.
- Configure data mappings between forms and backend tickets (WorkOrder, Change, Task).
- Create templates and task workflows with variables for WorkOrder, Change, and Task tickets.
- Define and configure SLA rules for Incident, Change, and WorkOrder processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Business Analysts to refine requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose innovative solutions and ensure long-term maintainability of BMC-Helix configurations.
- Integrate BMC Helix with other applications such as Azure DevOps and Splunk.
Your Profile
- Proven experience with BMC Remedy IT Service Management (7.6.4, 8.1x, 9.0) – implementation, customization, and maintenance.

Strong hands-on experience with BMC-Helix v25.1 and key modules:
- Digital Workplace (DWP & DWP Advanced)
- Service Request Management (SRM)
- Helix Innovation Studio
- Service Level Management (SLM)
- Incident and Change-Management
- Experience integrating BMC-Helix with third-party systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Splunk).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
