Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows 11 client systems.
- Deliver deskside support services directly to employees.

Profile We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows IT environments.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 11 clients.
- Excellent communication skills and an open-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Native-level German proficiency is essential.
