RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Owner

–    Develop an in-depth understanding of the applications from a business and functional perspective

–    Act as the primary point of contact for end users

–    Gather and analyze functional and business requirements

–    Collaborate with the vendor-side Product Owner

–    Provide regular reporting to the Program Manager

  • Business Analyst

–    Participate in business and functional analyses for new modules

–    Model ASIS and TOBE processes (BPMN notation)

–    Coordinate impact analyses (legal, security, etc.)

–    Collaborate with internal and external suppliers responsible for technical development

–    Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and security teams

–    Adapt communication style to the audience (field teams, management, technical partners)

  • Change Management

–    Support end users in the adoption of available tools

–    Participate in and/or facilitate information and training sessions

–    Create and maintain up-to-date functional documentation

–    Communicate updates, changes and incidents through the appropriate channels

–    Provide second-line support

–    Experience facilitating presentations, workshops or training sessions

–    Ability to identify risks, opportunities and issues, and to propose concrete solutions

–    Excellent synthesis skills to turn complex information into clear and actionable requirements

–    Experience in the public sector — junior level accepted
