Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Technical Expertise
- Design, configure, and deploy the CSDM on the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze and assess existing IT service management processes and their alignment with the CSDM.
- Design and implement CSDM-based solutions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Validation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and execute use cases to validate the correct implementation of the model.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CSDM adoption and usage.
CMDB & Service Mapping
- Support the implementation and stabilization of the CMDB in line with CSDM standards.
- Define and maintain relationships between Assets and Configuration Items (CIs), as well as reference tables within ServiceNow.
- Analyze and implement Lifecycle Management concepts within the CMDB and CSDM framework.
- Apply and manage the different Service Mapping implementation methods available in ServiceNow.
Processes & Governance
- Implement operational and strategic IT processes in ServiceNow based on the CSDM model.
- Contribute to the alignment and optimization of ITSM processes within ServiceNow.
- Apply a high-level understanding of NIS 2 regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Portfolio Management is considered an asset.

- ITIL: Expert level
- ITSM Project Management: Advanced level
- ServiceNow: Advanced level, with strong cross-module understanding

- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with both operational and strategic teams.
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Languages
- French or Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency
- English: Professional working proficiency

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
