Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Service Management professional to join a team responsible for coordinating and monitoring complex projects and services in an international environment. This role provides strategic and operational support to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Security Clearance Required: Secret-level clearance, necessary to access sensitive information and missions
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and coordinate projects and services using professional tools
- Financial reporting and budget monitoring
- Identify areas for improvement to optimize services and processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests
- Monitor obsolescence planning for equipment and services
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a commercial environment, with experience on international or secure missions
- Education: University degree, ideally in Service Management
- Certifications: ITIL® Foundation minimum, MSP® or equivalent, Prince2® or equivalent
- Technical skills: Service management tools and professional processes
- Languages: Fluent in English
- Qualities: Autonomous, analytical mindset, continuous improvement-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
