AISB-570 Data Analytic Translator (AI Coach)

We are looking for a Data Analytic Translator (AI Coach) to support the digital transformation of the HR department. Your mission will be to help HR teams identify high-value AI use cases, guide them in using AI tools effectively, and ensure that implemented solutions align with both business needs and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities

1. Identify and Prioritize Use Cases

  • Assess current HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility and impact of AI solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot projects.
  • Ensure that initiatives align with business priorities and the organization’s AI governance framework.

2. Support Adoption and Change Management

  • Guide HR teams in their daily use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to ensure effective adoption and measurable productivity gains.
  • Act as the link between HR teams and central AI departments.
  • Share best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

3. Raise Awareness and Educate

  • Promote awareness of AI opportunities across various HR domains: recruitment, talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, employee experience, etc.
  • Deliver trainings, workshops, and hands-on sessions on how to use AI-powered tools efficiently.

Profile

  • Experience: at least 6 years in HR, digital transformation, or change management roles.
  • Technical Skills: strong understanding of AI and GenAI concepts (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models). Ability to explain technical topics in simple terms to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
  • Business Skills: experience leading transformation projects, facilitating workshops, and delivering training sessions. Understanding of HR processes and how data and AI can enhance them.
  • Soft Skills: strong communication and interpersonal abilities, curiosity, adaptability, problem-solving mindset, empathy, and a results-driven attitude.

  • Dutch: fluent or operational
  • English: fluent

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
