AISB-916 Business Analyst – Digital Channels & Conversational AI

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of digital customer channels with a strong focus on Conversational AI and chatbot solutions. Working within an Agile environment, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that innovative digital products are delivered efficiently while creating outstanding customer experiences. From gathering business requirements to supporting product delivery and continuous improvement, you will contribute to every stage of the product lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, challenge, and consolidate business needs from a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements and solution concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX researchers, architects, and development teams to design customer-centric digital solutions.
  • Validate business needs with end users and support user research activities.
  • Contribute to feature definition, backlog refinement, and MVP prioritisation within Agile teams.
  • Define clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria for features.
  • Support development teams throughout the implementation process by providing business expertise and functional guidance.
  • Coordinate and support business testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Work alongside Change Management teams to prepare successful product launches and adoption activities.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis and project delivery, preferably within digital channels or customer-facing platforms.
  • Proven experience working in financial services or a similarly complex environment.
  • Strong experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on functional experience with chatbot or AI-driven customer solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development practices.
  • Experience writing functional analyses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog management.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • French and/or Dutch are considered strong assets.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management is required.
