We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a major organizational and digital transformation program of high strategic importance. This ambitious initiative aims to reshape operations, modernize systems, and enhance service delivery across multiple entities.
You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating a complex transformation involving system integration, governance alignment, and operational excellence, while ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders and maintaining a clear strategic direction.
Your Mission
As Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic & Program Leadership
- Define and maintain the global roadmap, ensuring full visibility of all program phases
- Structure and frame key initiatives (intake, operating model, governance, legal aspects)
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution
Planning & Prioritization
- Drive operational prioritization across initiatives
- Define and manage timelines while considering impacts on interconnected systems
Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify potential risks (delays, cost overruns, resource gaps) and implement mitigation plans
- Manage interdependencies between teams and workstreams to avoid bottlenecks
Governance & Reporting
- Establish strong governance practices
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and key milestones to leadership
Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with multiple departments and regional IT teams
- Anticipate scenarios and impacts based on strategic decisions
- Ensure effective change management and adoption across stakeholders
Transformation & Innovation
- Contribute to:
- IT infrastructure modernization
- Data integration and security enhancement
- Business process transformation (administrative and operational)
- Implementation of innovative solutions, including emerging technologies such as AI
Your Profile
Experience
- Proven experience as Program Manager in large-scale transformation programs
- Strong background in project and program management, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in the public sector is a strong asset
