AISB-855 Tribe Scrum Master (Agile Delivery & Coordination)

Your Role

As a Tribe Scrum Master, you will play a key role in orchestrating the delivery of complex digital initiatives across multiple Agile teams.

You will ensure alignment between squads, stakeholders, and business objectives, while driving end-to-end delivery performance. Acting as a central coordination point, you will manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This role combines strong Agile expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management within a large-scale and evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Coordination

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery across multiple squads within the tribe, aligned with strategic objectives
  • Structure, prioritize, and coordinate complex initiatives and cross-team dependencies
  • Monitor delivery progress using Agile metrics (burn-up/down, risks, impediments)
  • Identify, track, and proactively resolve risks and blockers
  • Provide clear reporting and escalation to leadership with mitigation plans
  • Ensure alignment with Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and compliance requirements

Agile Coaching & Team Enablement

  • Coach Scrum Masters and squads on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams
  • Facilitate cross-team ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, planning sessions, refinements)
  • Promote data-driven decision-making using KPIs such as velocity, cycle time, and flow efficiency
  • Support teams in backlog management and prioritization

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, or similar roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-team delivery in a scaled Agile environment
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder, risk, and dependency management
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance priorities and trade-offs

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated or complex environments
  • Exposure to digital, mobile, or front-end delivery
  • Knowledge of API architecture, DevOps, and release management
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical debt
