AISB-695 Senior Windev Developer

We are looking for a Senior Windev Developer to join a Scrum team dedicated to developing and maintaining HR-related applications used across multiple Social Security institutions. You will contribute to the evolution of the eHR ecosystem, ensuring robust development, high-quality testing, and reliable operational support.

Role Overview

As part of the development team, you will implement new features in Windev based on project priorities, perform code testing for modules developed by other team members, and participate in maintenance and troubleshooting activities for end‑users. You will also take an active role in discussions around application architecture, contributing your expertise to guide the design and evolution of new modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance application features using Windev in accordance with project priorities.
  • Test and validate functionalities created by other team members.
  • Participate in the operational monitoring of applications and handle maintenance or troubleshooting requests.
  • Contribute ideas and insights during team brainstorming sessions on application architecture and new module design.
  • Work collaboratively with the Scrum team to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to development standards.

Required Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive professional experience in developing business applications in procedural and object-oriented programming.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Hands-on expertise in Windev development.
  • Ability to work autonomously, methodically, and with clear prioritization.
  • Curiosity and passion for new technologies, coupled with a drive to apply your experience to ongoing projects.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and willingness to share knowledge within the group.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand user perspectives when designing processes.
  • Passive knowledge of Dutch; active knowledge of English; native-level French.
