We are seeking a motivated Operations Officer (Junior) to join our dynamic Servicing & Sales Support Channels for Enterprises (SSS CfE) team. You will play a key role in supporting and advising professional customers during the contractual phase, installation, and use of our platforms such as Easy Banking Business and Isabel.
This position focuses specifically on managing POPUP mandates, which require precision, structure, and a high level of daily attention.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and guide clients through the onboarding and usage of internal platforms (EBB & Isabel).
- Process and manage POPUP mandate requests from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, branches, and business centers via phone and email.
- Participate in a structured training program to gain full proficiency in our systems and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your team manager and subject-matter experts to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage your workload efficiently and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience).
- At least one year of relevant professional experience in an operational or administrative function.
Technical Skills
- Good command of standard office software (Word, Excel, Access) and online tools.
Languages
- Good written and spoken command of Dutch, French, and English.

- Strong organizational and analytical mindset; attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
