Service Desk Analyst (IT Support)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and service‑oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide first‑line support, resolve incidents efficiently, and ensure a smooth IT experience for end users. You will play a key role in diagnosing technical issues, supporting modern workplace tools, and contributing to a secure, reliable digital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, qualify, and route support requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or GLPI.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on Windows 11 workstations for end users.
  • Handle hardware-related problems involving local IT equipment (screens, docks, headsets, etc.).
  • Support users on Microsoft 365 applications, PDF tools, and electronic signature solutions.
  • Troubleshoot local video‑conferencing setups (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex).
  • Identify basic network-related issues involving Wi‑Fi, VPN, or general connectivity.
  • Promote best practices in cybersecurity (phishing awareness, password policies, MFA/MS Authenticator).

Profile & Skills

  • Experience using IT ticketing systems for incident tracking and prioritization.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and end‑user troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of common workplace hardware and peripherals.
