Key responsibilities
1. Project delivery & change management
- Support operational teams in identifying activities to be nearshored
- Facilitate workshops and challenge requirements
- Contribute to impact assessments, scope definition, and transition roadmaps
- Perform end-to-end impact analyses (processes, organization, volumes, legal, compliance, risk)
- Coordinate transition phases to nearshore centers, ensuring service continuity
- Ensure proper change management processes and project documentation follow-up
2. Planning, budget & capacity management
- Define and monitor the overall project plan
- Manage capacity and resource allocation
- Monitor dependencies between projects, BaU activities, and local teams
3. BAU & performance management
- Oversee Business as Usual operations for nearshored activities
- Define, monitor, and report SLAs, KPIs, and performance indicators
- Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
- Work closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams
4. Continuous improvement
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
- Optimize end-to-end processes (efficiency, quality, cost)
- Capitalize on lessons learned and feedback (RETEX)
Profile required
Education & certifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.) are a plus
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in:
- Financial services
- Operations / back-office
- Transformation, outsourcing, or nearshoring programs
Technical skills
Mandatory:
- Operational process improvement
- End-to-end process design and documentation
- SLA and performance monitoring
Preferred:
- IT-enabled or digital environments
- International or multi-entity programs
Business skills
Mandatory:
- Experience in financial institutions
- Strong understanding of business, operational, and regulatory constraints
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer credit or regulated financial services
Languages
- French: fluent (written and spoken)
- English: fluent (written and spoken)
- Dutch: conversational level
