AISB-812 Project Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Project delivery & change management

  • Support operational teams in identifying activities to be nearshored
  • Facilitate workshops and challenge requirements
  • Contribute to impact assessments, scope definition, and transition roadmaps
  • Perform end-to-end impact analyses (processes, organization, volumes, legal, compliance, risk)
  • Coordinate transition phases to nearshore centers, ensuring service continuity
  • Ensure proper change management processes and project documentation follow-up

2. Planning, budget & capacity management

  • Define and monitor the overall project plan
  • Manage capacity and resource allocation
  • Monitor dependencies between projects, BaU activities, and local teams

3. BAU & performance management

  • Oversee Business as Usual operations for nearshored activities
  • Define, monitor, and report SLAs, KPIs, and performance indicators
  • Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
  • Work closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams

4. Continuous improvement

  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Optimize end-to-end processes (efficiency, quality, cost)
  • Capitalize on lessons learned and feedback (RETEX)

Profile required

Education & certifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.) are a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in:
    • Financial services
    • Operations / back-office
    • Transformation, outsourcing, or nearshoring programs

Technical skills

Mandatory:

  • Operational process improvement
  • End-to-end process design and documentation
  • SLA and performance monitoring

Preferred:

  • IT-enabled or digital environments
  • International or multi-entity programs

Business skills

Mandatory:

  • Experience in financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of business, operational, and regulatory constraints

Preferred:

  • Experience in consumer credit or regulated financial services

Languages

  • French: fluent (written and spoken)
  • English: fluent (written and spoken)
  • Dutch: conversational level

Soft skills

  • Strong end-to-end vision with the ability to maintain a helicopter view
