Key Responsibilities:

As a Test Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems. Here are the main tasks you will be responsible for:

• Execute Comprehensive Tests: You will be in charge of executing functional, performance, load, and quality tests. This includes efficiently managing defects that are identified during testing.
• Test Automation: Develop test scripts and procedures to automate the testing of IT systems. This includes creating test cases based on behavior-driven development principles.
• Quality Management: Provide quality plans, quality control, evaluation, and assessments related to information systems projects. Escalate issues to the appropriate authority when necessary.
• Coordinate Testing: Manage and coordinate testing activities for applications. This involves planning, creating technical installation documents, and coordinating deployments across different environments in collaboration with analysts and project management.
• Identify Weak Points: Identify and document integration weak points in systems before they are deployed to production. Provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Educational Level: Bachelor's degree.
• Technical Skills: You should have in-depth knowledge of integration, build, deployment, and test automation tools. Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation software such as Junit, Cucumber, and Selenium is essential.
• Testing Expertise: Excellent knowledge of test preparation, test execution, and test automation. Proficiency in SQL, Oracle tools, and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr) is preferred.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with software development methodologies such as RUP, Agile Scrum, and PM² is highly beneficial.
• Strong Communication: Excellent report writing and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to coordinate and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Additional Assets: Knowledge of financial regulation or a financial background would be strong assets.

Specific Expertise:

• Experience in test design and test execution.
• Experience in test automation methodologies and tools (Selenium, Cucumber).
• Experience in database tools (SQL, PL/SQL).
• Experience with software and tools for testing web services (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Experience with Test management applications (Zephyr, Xray, TestRail).
• Experience with building and deployment tools (Maven, Jenkins, Graddle).
• Experience in software development methodologies and related tools (SCRUM, PM², JIRA, Confluence).
