- Tracking and communicating status of improvement projects to management
- Coordinating with stakeholders to develop process requirements
Do you have :
- A strategic Thinking
- A strong organizational skills
- A strong ability to communicate and present findings to both technical and non[1]technical audiences
- An ITIL certification & a deep understanding of service management.
- A solid knowledge of IT and Operations
