Are you keen on :
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining ITIL processes
- Monitoring the performance of processes and composes reports
- Developing initiatives for continuous process improvements
- Developing best practices for process improvements.
- Tracking and communicating status of improvement projects to management
- Coordinating with stakeholders to develop process requirements
Do you have :
- A strategic Thinking
- A strong organizational skills
- A strong ability to communicate and present findings to both technical and non[1]technical audiences
- An ITIL certification & a deep understanding of service management.
- A solid knowledge of IT and Operations
- The desire to evolve within a dynamic team and to constantly progress
