As IT-Support Specialist (m/f/x) you will join our Support Team in Köln. Our team consists of digital enthusiasts who love to work in an international working environment. You provide first and second level support in order to ensure that all users benefit from a comfortable IT environment. You are the first line of contact for all collaborators. You are solution-oriented, you love to work with people, and you are exited solving tricky tasks.

Place of work: Köln (onsite, no remote position)

Your role & responsabilities:

• On daily basis you help users with all IT related questions about their workplace.
• As member of the support team you provide 1st & 2nd level support including troubleshooting for all users at your location.
• You are responsible for the proper execution if the incident & problem management process. You register end-user support requests in a ticketing software. You are responsible for follow-up and the timely provision of a solution.
• You manage all incidents in compliance with the procedures and Service Level Agreements in place.
• Next to your daily support tasks, you work on projects including computer hardware installation, repair and maintenance tasks.

Your professional profile:

• As IT support specialist, you are a reliable team player, you enjoy working with people and solve tricky IT problems.
• You have experience in Microsoft based workplaces including among others: Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Tools, Ticketing software
• You are business fluent in English, oral and written. 
• You can quickly assimilate complex procedures and information.
• You have a friendly manner and you love working with people.
