Angular Engineer Junior

Your tasks:
- Record, categorize and prioritize incidents, requests, problems and changes.
- Perform troubleshooting, answer user questions, investigate root causes and implement changes.
- Escalate tickets to the appropriate higher level of service if necessary.
- Contribute to maximizing first-line resolution (coaching, maintaining knowledge base, recording incident resolution results for future use, etc.).
- Monitor service and system capabilities
- Ensure that the required level of security is maintained
- Participate in certain project activities, such as writing administration, installation and user guides.
- Participate in the creation of step-by-step standard operating procedures
- Research new technologies to optimize the work of the support team.
Your profile:
- You have knowledge and experience in the field of interoperability based on web services (REST, SOAP).
- ITIL foundation certified (and also experienced with ITIL processes).
- You have experience of agile projects in relation to the following development, continuous integration and quality tools: GIT, JIRA, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible, Confluence.
- You have a good knowledge and experience of workflow system architecture.
- Experienced working with Typescript, Angular 6+, XML and JSON manipulation, Web Component, Service workers, HTML5, Node JS, NPM
- Basic understanding of DevOps, microservices architecture
- You are an EU citizen
Could be a plus:
- Knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and higher
- Knowledge of the JEE technology platform and more specifically of the following standards and at least one of the associated implementations: JAX-WS, JAXRS, JMS, AOP, EJB, JSR303, JPA2, Servlet 2.3 -> 3.0
- Experience with API Gateway (WSO2 Manager)
- Experience with KAFKA
