Project Manager
As we embark on an exciting new project, we're on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to lead the way in organization, planning, and transformation.
As Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our project.
Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
- Create Project Charter: Lay the foundation for success.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Craft work plans and organizational strategies.
- Manage sprint cycles effectively
- Propose planning based on priorities and capacity.
- Assign work to operational team members.
- Update activities to align with scope and deliverables.
- Attend meetings to agree on sprint content.
- Report and follow up with the operational team.
- Present intermediary deliverables and ensure approval.
- Close sprints and conduct sprint closure meetings.
- End Report: Summarize project outcomes.
- Manage Deliverables: Ensure all deliverables are stored correctly.
- Initiate Improvements: Drive projects based on feedback for continual improvement.
- Process Improvements: Enhance PM processes and documentation.
- Cross-Service Reporting: Provide statistics on project management.
- Change Management: Implement structured change and claim processes.
- Risk Assessment: Regularly assess risks and plan countermeasures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality gates are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Excellent English and French (min. C1).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management.
- IT Experience: Logistics, end-user support, and digital workplace transformation.
- Tools Mastery: Proficiency in Sharepoint, JIRA, Office Package (including Visio).
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and coach.
- Agile Mindset: Adaptability and solution-oriented thinking.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and priority setting.
- Team Player: Work well independently and in a team.
- Adaptability: Quick to assimilate procedures and adapt to changes.
- Resilience: Thrive under pressure and handle stress effectively.
- Reliability: Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.
- Cultural Fit: Comfortable in an international, multicultural environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Additional Experience: Logistics and End User Support.
- Technical Background: Any domain in IT services is a plus.
- Certifications: ITIL 4 and Agile certifications are a bonus.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
