As a Cloudification Program Manager, you will be at the helm of a groundbreaking initiative, orchestrating the migration of Information Systems to modern cloud platforms. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies to deliver efficient and scalable cloud hosting services to external entities. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to drive cloud adoption within the public sector while demonstrating your exceptional program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate the end-to-end cloudification program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering enthusiasm across teams.
- Team and Stakeholder Management: Oversee squads and chapters, nurture collaboration, and engage with external entities to understand their cloud hosting needs.
- Agile Methodology: Implement agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the program.
- Cloud Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive cloudification strategy and roadmap, incorporating industry best practices and continuous service enhancements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with cloudification projects, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout the transition.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans while maintaining thorough project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7-10 years in program management, focusing on successful cloud migration initiatives, ideally within public administration or government projects.
- Skills: Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.), exceptional leadership, communication, and proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
Requirements:
- EU citizenship
- Fluency in English (proficiency in another European language is advantageous)
