Technical Architect
Our client is seeking a Digital Workplace Technical Architect to join their dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
- Define new solutions related to Intune and Microsoft 365 products.
- Engage in proactive technological watch in the Digital Workplace domain and M365 ecosystem.
- Collaborate actively with Digital Workplace system administrators to guide them through the build phases of produced architectures.
- Conceptualize solutions for various endpoints (Laptops, desktops, mobile PCs, shared PCs, iOS/Android smartphones, and tablets) using Intune/Autopilot/WhiteGlove and M365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc.) in a complex environment of over 7,000 devices and 3,000 users.
- Proven expertise of at least 5 years as a Digital Workplace Technical Architect is required.
Specific tasks:
- Translate business needs and the Solution Architect’s vision into coherent technical architectures.
- Identify the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities of specific applications or physical components.
- Identify opportunities and risks of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration of Digital Workplace solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for implemented solutions.
- Involve and manage operational resources.
- Manage operational transitions to support teams.
- Ensure designs and deployments comply with internal security policies and architecture standards.
- Optimize infrastructure configurations to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Required skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Workplace Technical Architect/M365 in a similar environment (> 1000 users): minimum 5 years.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, and M365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune: Platform design (WhiteGlove, Autopilot, Compliance Policies, Intune Packaging, Intune Policies, Conditional Access).
- Proven knowledge and experience in Microsoft Cloud infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Cloud identity solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID, AAD Connect).
- Strong understanding of security aspects in a Microsoft Cloud environment.
- Advanced understanding of basic network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Autonomous, team player with excellent communication skills, able to adapt to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assertive when necessary and able to go beyond the role of a Technical Architect if required (project management tasks, Solution Architect role, budget calculation, writing specifications or SLAs, technical
- implementation in tools).
- Proficiency in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Given the nature of the mission involving access to classified data, reference checks with former clients/employers may be conducted before contracting.

Note: This role offers a blend of on-site and remote work, but the nature of the role requires a mandatory on-site presence for at least 2 days a week. Additional on-site days may be required based on service needs.
