Application Support Agent
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Application Support Agent to join our team in Brussels.
This is a full-time onsite role, offering the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
Key responsibilities:
Tool setup and configuration:
- Assist in setting up and configuring the combination of tools for the coordinated assessment process.
- Manage access rights to the different interim tools for participants in case of unavailability of the online platform.
IT support:
- Provide ongoing support with IT questions related to the tools.
Document management:
- Handle document management in the different interim tools, including uploading, transmitting to Competent Authorities, archiving, and notifying relevant actors of impending deadlines.
Project progression management:
- Maintain a dashboard tracking the status and deadlines for each application.
- Ensure continuous and up-to-date information regarding the validation and authorization process, as well as the actual conduct of Clinical Investigations and Performance Studies (CI/PS), when applicable.
Meeting coordination:
- Organize and follow up on meetings between Competent Authorities to discuss individual applications and challenges encountered during the procedure.
Support for coordinators:
- Assist Coordinators with secure exchange of information activities as needed.
Tools you'll use:
- MS Office & MS 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint)
- Confluence

Desirable qualifications:
- Previous experience in business administration.
- Knowledge of EU Institutions.
- Experience in an ITIL environment.
