Join our team in Brussels as an Integration Architect and play a key part in shaping the integration architecture, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless operations.
Role Overview:
As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the integration architecture. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects, and provide architectural leadership in resolving complex inter-program issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute processes for integration architecture management.
- Oversee the Environment Management team to ensure integration patterns are maintained within the middleware.
- Support the Environment Management team in understanding and elaborating the capabilities of the middleware platform.
- Propose improvements to the integration platform, presenting them internally and to the customer with clear value analysis.
- Establish and maintain contacts with business units to understand requirements and propose suitable solution strategies.
- Provide architectural leadership in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues.
- Promote and communicate enterprise architecture within the Technology division and other business units.
- Continuously research and assess new analysis approaches and provide recommendations regarding trends, technology, and tools.
Required Skills:
- Ability to manage stakeholders at a CXO level.
- Emotional intelligence and strong influencing skills.
- Demonstrable ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts.
- Hands-on enterprise management experience, preferably with credentials such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.
- Experience with OpenShift and other related technologies such as Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Istio, MongoDB, etc.
- Experience in designing complex integration and hosting platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant integration architecture experience.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 Advanced), French (B1/B2), Spanish is a plus.
- Citizenship of an EU Member State equivalent.
Working Conditions:
- Mandatory: 3 days/week onsite in Brussels, 2 days remote possible.
