We are seeking a talented Cloud Security Engineer with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join us in Namur, Belgium. As a Consultant, you will dive headfirst into projects, collaborating with our esteemed clients to enhance their cloud security posture and achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, designing, and implementing security solutions tailored to AWS environments.
- Conducting security reviews and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards.
- Providing expert guidance on cloud security best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security seamlessly into cloud-based architectures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing security solutions within AWS environments.
- Proficiency with AWS security services such as IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, and Security Hub.
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption protocols, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
