Project Manager
We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead a digital services transformation initiative.
The ambition of the project is to evolve an electronic counter into an innovative service platform, centered on users and data, offering a personalized, flexible, and open experience to an ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an action plan for the migration to a micro-services and micro-frontends architecture, as well as the transition to AWS cloud in serverless mode by 2025.
- Ensure an iso-functional migration by coordinating functional, technical, and UX developments according to an agile methodology.
- Monitor the progress of developments, ensure the application of architecture prescriptions, and coordinate a team of developers.
- Closely cooperate with teams and other services to ensure effective collaboration.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the mission, taking into account technical and budgetary constraints, in collaboration with the business project manager.
Profile Sought:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT project manager, with a solid understanding of technologies and development methodologies.
- Mastery of agile methodologies and micro-services architectures.
- Experience in managing projects on the cloud, preferably with AWS services.
- Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with different services.
- Personal skills: methodical, rigorous, customer and results-oriented, autonomous, excellent written and oral communication skills, synthesis and popularization skills, good relational qualities, facilitation capacity, stress resistance, and adaptability.
