Join our team as a Medior IT Infrastructure Technician Specialist and play a key role in the comprehensive management of our customer's and its beneficiaries' PC and printer fleets.
As a technical specialist, you will actively contribute to optimizing IT infrastructures, ensuring service continuity for our clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Mid-level Technical Specialist in IT Infrastructure, your duties will encompass assembly, configuration, installation, deployment, maintenance, management, security, problem resolution, and user assistance, covering hardware, software applications, and networks.
Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Windows environment, specializing in user support levels 1 and 2, in a network environment, and with technical support for PCs.
- Mandatory Microsoft technical certification.
- Excellent knowledge of French.
- Mastery of office software.
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy and creativity.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in installation, upgrade, and support for Windows/O365.
- User support at level 1 directly and level 2 in support of the service desk.
- Network skills and technical support for PCs.
- Autonomy and creativity in problem-solving.
- Microsoft technical certification.
