- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for device management.
- Strong understanding of network configurations, particularly VLANs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English and German will be considered advantageous.
