Key Responsibilities:
As a Microsoft 365 & Intune Cloud Expert, you will:
- Innovate Solutions: Define cutting-edge solutions related to Intune and Microsoft 365 products.
- Project Involvement: Actively participate in projects within the M365 team.
- Operational Management: Take charge of the Intune and M365 operations, handling third-line queries, incident management, improvements, and more.
Specifics of the Role:
We are seeking expertise and extensive experience in managing endpoints using Modern Management through Intune/Autopilot/whiteglove in a complex environment boasting over 7,000 devices and 3,000+ users. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years as a cloud system administrator (Level 3), specializing in Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, and DLP.
Desired Skills:
- Microsoft 365 Mastery: Perfect command of Microsoft 365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc.).
- Security Proficiency: Mastery of security aspects in a Microsoft Cloud environment (DLP consoles, Defender, PurView, etc.).
- Windows Proficiency: Mastery of Windows 10 and 11.
- Office Suite Expertise: Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Intune Management: Complete platform management, including WhiteGlove and Autopilot, compliance policies, script remediation, packaging, policies, and conditional access.
- PowerShell Scripting: Ability to create complex PowerShell scripts.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Advanced troubleshooting mindset.
- Network Knowledge: Advanced understanding of basic network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Microsoft Graph: Good knowledge of Microsoft Graph.
- Hardware Proficiency: PC hardware expertise.
Additional Assets:
- IT Architecture: Expertise in IT architecture is a plus.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in an environment with at least 1,000 users is highly valued.
