Network and Systems Coordinator

Join our team as a Network and Systems Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the efficiency, security, and functionality of our network systems and associated technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Account Management: Handle user requests and access to LANs, overseeing account operations and providing technical assistance while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- CIS Equipment and Software Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment, software, and network infrastructure requests. Coordinate with the Centralized Service Desk, manage incidents, track service requests, and ensure optimal maintenance.
- Security Compliance and Access Control: Ensure compliance with security regulations, manage restricted areas, and maintain the security of classified hardware within the branch.
- Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor LANs, identify and address network issues, and maintain IT hardware to ensure optimal functionality.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of various systems including Energy Management, Intrusion Alarms, Fire Alarm Management, and more.
- Collaboration and Technical Support: Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers, aid in implementing technical systems, provide technical assistance for document-related tasks, and conduct user training sessions.
- Timekeeping and Card Activation: Manage card activations in Kelio software for timekeeping purposes.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
- ADP Skills: Expertise in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Graphic Presentation, Advanced Access, Email clients/Web Browsers, and working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Windows Server 2008, Windows 10, Windows 7, Veeam Backup, Oracle Databases (12c, 11g), Kelio Timekeeping, and MCL Barcode Readers.
- Education/Training: Minimum 3 years' experience in network hardware, operating systems, SQL, Web tools, Access, Timekeeping, and barcode readers.
Other Requirements:
- EU clearance is mandatory.
- Familiarity with operating procedures and security rules.
- Recent experience in system and network management, Access, Oracle applications, Timekeeping, and barcode readers.
