This role involves comprehensive management of the entire IT project lifecycle. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project structures, elaborating project plans, and utilizing project methodologies with precision and diligence.

Responsibilities:

• Define precise client requirements, conduct impact analyses, and create project approaches including scenarios, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage and monitor project execution by establishing and calculating detailed schedules, consistently tracking deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide regular project progress reports, communicate encountered issues, and facilitate communication among involved stakeholders.
• Lead, coordinate, motivate, and support project team members, leveraging exceptional communication, writing skills, negotiation abilities, and coaching talents.
• Demonstrate methodical organization, prioritize tasks, and effectively coordinate different project elements.

Requirements:

• University degree with relevant professional experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in Java development and experience in managing and overseeing infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, BPMN, DevOps, ITIL, JIRA, MSP, Prince 2, SLA, and SOA.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French languages.
