Our company is seeking a highly skilled individual to join us as a Test Manager for our cutting-edge projects, specifically focusing on our Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

As the Test Manager, you will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of overseeing and leading the testing initiatives to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our Microsoft Dynamics products. Your primary tasks will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as development, product management, and customer support. Specifically, you will:

Assessment:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the end-to-end testing for the GLOBO-program and within 'project & program management.'
• Evaluate existing testing strategies, methodologies, tools, and test data sets.
• Investigate testing practices within other programs and departments and identify areas for improvement.
• Define and implement short-term and long-term improvements based on assessment findings.

Implementation:

• Implement short-term improvements and best practices from other departments.
• Introduce and deploy testing tools if necessary and coach projects on test capabilities.
• Develop a long-term vision and structure for testing and create corresponding training programs.
• Execute technical improvements aligned with the continuous improvement program.

Technical Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Test Manager and test analyst/tester.
• Proven track record in software testing and quality assurance, emphasizing Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics 365).
• Expertise in analyzing testing approaches in large environments and utilizing test management and automation tools.
• Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 and experience in Agile environments.
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.

Language Proficiencies:

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch with good knowledge of the other language.
