System Operator L1 - Trilingual IT Support
We are looking for a dynamic System Operator L1, fluent in three languages (FR/NL/EN), with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience or excellent foundational knowledge in the field.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will join our L1 support team as a System Operator. Responsibilities will include managing phone calls and acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC). During quieter periods, the candidate will handle L1 tickets, thereby providing the opportunity to gradually progress to higher-level functions within the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and O365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Experience with Windows 7, 10, 11 operating systems
- Basic networking skills
- Understanding of office hardware
- Knowledge of SharePoint would be an additional asset
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be solution-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a stimulating professional environment.
Offered Conditions:
Following initial training and achievement of agreed-upon objectives, a flexible working arrangement is available with the option to work from home two days a week. Note: To encourage team cohesion, a minimum presence of one day per month at the other site will be required to facilitate interactions with team members.
Location: Braine-l'Alleud or Awans sites.
