A bit of sport for our IT consultants

Our IT consultants and experts are convinced that living an healthy life and keeping a good balance between fun and work is really what matters.
As mentioned in our last article, we introduced a new dynamic to our Human Resources politic. Sport has always been an important value inside ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS. After the squash and the laser tag activity that were organised in April for all our collaborators, the group needed something else to enjoy the nice weather outside. This time the initiative did not come from our Employee Success Managers, Stéphanie & Marina.
In which activity did they illustrated themselves this time ?
Céline, our sales representative made sure we did not stay too late at the office last Friday. To start of the weekend on a good note, she invited the staff working at the Eupen office to take part in a corporate beach volleyball tournament at La Calamine.
The whole team gladly responded to her call and took the opportunity to meet other companies from the local area. We registered two teams in this competition but our valorous IT specialists always had each others back. We were rotating the squads so everyone could take part in it.
They can be proud of themselves, we will remember the great performance of the 1st team. After a rusty start, they ended the last games on fire. The result ? They managed to secure the 7th place against pretty competitive sides.
Something tells me it is not the last time we hear about the performances of our IT experts. Stay tuned for their next accomplishments. They will probably be announced on our social media. Make sure to follow our different pages to never miss an update!
