Context
A leading public transport operator with more than 10,000 employees is undertaking a major HR transformation covering:
- Reward & Performance
- Compensation packages
- Career management
- Competency model
- Job Classification framework (white- and blue-collar employees)
The objective is to simplify HR processes and ensure a controlled implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and formalize business requirements
- Perform in-depth techno-functional analyses
- Assess impacts on SAP PA, OM, PY and Time modules
- Coordinate regression and non-regression testing
- Organize and coordinate UAT phases
- Produce documentation and train end users
- Develop QM4 reports for data cleansing, analysis and post-go-live monitoring
- Analyze and implement legal changes in SAP HR
- Optional involvement in Employee Central implementation
Profile
- 8–10+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- Senior SAP HR expertise (PA, OM, PY, Time)
- Proven experience in Job Classification system implementation (mandatory)
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Advanced use of Query Manager 4
- Strong techno-functional capabilities
- Ability to interpret legal requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Languages
- French or Dutch (native/bilingual)
- English (professional proficiency)
