AISL-303 Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation initiative within a complex and highly collaborative environment.

As a key interface between business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams, you will play a central role in shaping business processes, defining requirements, supporting solution implementation, and driving user adoption. The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse, challenge, and document business requirements.
  • Bridge communication between business teams, project management, and technical delivery teams.
  • Support decision-making by identifying business needs, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders on business processes, roles, responsibilities, and information flows.

Process Analysis & Transformation

  • Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and validate future-state processes that support organisational objectives.
  • Ensure business processes are aligned with implementation constraints and delivery objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous process optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements Management

  • Define and maintain business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Track requirements coverage and identify potential gaps.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality business and functional documentation.

Agile Delivery Support

  • Manage and refine product backlogs using Azure DevOps.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement clarification activities.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams throughout implementation cycles.
  • Monitor progress and support the resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Participate in functional testing and validation activities.
  • Ensure business requirements are correctly implemented and tested.

User Experience & Solution Adoption

  • Contribute to the definition of user-centric solutions and business workflows.
  • Promote usability, consistency, and adoption across all solution components.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business expectations are translated into practical and effective solutions.

Change Management & Training

  • Prepare user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
  • Support change management initiatives and end-user adoption activities.
  • Deliver or facilitate training sessions when required.
  • Contribute to communication and stakeholder engagement activities.

Project Support

  • Support project governance, planning, risk management, and quality assurance activities.
  • Assist in coordinating testing and implementation activities.
  • Help manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within complex business and technology environments.
  • Proven experience working on digital transformation, process optimisation, or business application delivery initiatives.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
