We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role requires a strong combination of strategic vision, operational execution, and change management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Target Operating Model & Change Management
- Design and develop a TOM aligned as much as possible with existing processes.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose practical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define and implement a structured change management and communication plan.
- Support teams in adopting new processes, systems, and tools.
- Produce impact assessments, communication materials, and coordinate training activities.
- Update and create operational procedures and controls.
- Deliver training related to process and system changes.
- Coordinate go-live activities and manage post-implementation incidents.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Ensure alignment on priorities and business objectives.
- Maintain a high-quality, well-refined backlog.
- Facilitate decision-making and escalate when necessary.
- Support transition activities between service providers.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Provide clear and transparent progress updates.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- 8 years of experience in transformation, process design, and change management.
- Proven experience in designing Target Operating Models, ideally within payment processes.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-entity transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in change management is essential.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP).
- Project management certification (Agile preferred).
- Awareness of operational risk considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable navigating complex environments with diverse perspectives.
