Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business and client needs to ensure alignment with functional and technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Model and document business processes, workflows, and data flows using modelling techniques such as UML, ARIS, and mock-ups.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Participate in functional analysis activities and provide support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare and contribute to end-to-end testing to guarantee high-quality deliveries.
- Support business users during the adoption of new solutions through change management activities.
- Act as the main communication interface between stakeholders and project contributors.
- Identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities to ensure successful delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned topics while collaborating effectively within an Agile team.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with functional analysis and business process optimization.
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow is highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of workflow processes and customer-centric solutions.
- Experience with modelling techniques (UML, ARIS, mock-ups).
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Agile experience (such as Product Owner / Feature Owner responsibilities) is an asset.
- Banking sector experience is a plus.
