At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to support large-scale transformation initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment. As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on digital and organizational transformation. You will act as a bridge between business, technology, and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement change management strategies (communication, training, stakeholder engagement)
- Develop and deliver clear, impactful communication materials in collaboration with internal teams
- Assess change impacts and define tailored adoption plans
- Work closely with project/program managers to align change initiatives with business objectives
- Identify and coordinate the resources and activities required for successful transformation
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to drive alignment and buy-in
- Support cultural transformation initiatives and promote a strong change culture
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and team interventions
- Contribute to the implementation of Agile practices
- Analyze end-user readiness and ensure smooth adoption of technological solutions
- Collaborate with both technical teams and business units
- Support process improvement and contribute to crisis management activities
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Management
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Change Management (senior level)
- Strong experience with ADKAR methodology (Prosci certification required)
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects
- Experience in the energy sector and working with public stakeholders
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and reporting to senior leadership
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (with good knowledge of the other language)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate in complex and fast-changing environments
Nice to have:
- Experience with methodologies such as Kotter or Lewin
- Exposure to L&D / training environments
- Experience setting up Change Agent Networks
- Background in business process optimization
