Mission Objective

Support the organization in auditing, optimizing, securing, and managing its Microsoft 365 environment, while ensuring effective adoption of tools by both IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

Audit & Analysis

  • Conduct a full audit of the current Microsoft 365 setup (licensing, Intune, Defender, Teams).
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Assess the configuration and usage of Microsoft Intune and Defender.
  • Analyze license usage to optimize allocation.
  • Audit Microsoft Teams, including telephony, to enhance performance and efficiency.

Planning & Strategy

  • Develop a tailored roadmap for Microsoft 365 optimization.
  • Propose a support plan for IT leadership to ease transition and adoption.
  • Design a training and support program for end users.
  • Define strategies for advanced use of Microsoft Teams, including integrated telephony.

 Configuration & Administration

  • Configure Intune for mobile device and app management.
  • Administer security policies using Microsoft Defender.
  • Implement monitoring and reporting tools for performance and security.
  • Optimize Microsoft Teams for internal communication and collaboration.

 Support & Training

  • Provide advanced technical support to IT teams and end users.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Train users and administrators on advanced Teams features (meetings, collaboration, telephony).

 Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend improvements based on feedback and evolving needs.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and integrate new features into company practices.

 Security & Compliance

  • Ensure configurations and practices meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement robust and tailored security policies.

Candidate Profile

Technical Skills

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams.
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of complementary services: SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to train and support users and IT teams.

Recommended Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) – a plus

Mission Conditions

  • Main location: Namur (Belgium), with occasional travel across Wallonia.
  • Work schedule: Full-time, 8-hour days.
  • Remote work: 2 fixed telework days per week (Monday is on-site only). 

Languages

  • French: Native fluency required (spoken and written)
  • English: Nice to have

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with the current Microsoft 365 administrator.
  • Ensure effective O365 knowledge transfer.
  • Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment.

Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
