We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Manager to spearhead the strategic relocation of staff and IT infrastructure. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership: Coordinate multiple office and equipment moves simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution and continuity of services.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Facilities, HR) to align timelines, scope, and expectations.
- Detailed Planning: Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communication & Reporting: Deliver timely updates to stakeholders and ensure complete project transparency.
- Vendor Oversight: Supervise external service providers to ensure timely delivery and installation of IT systems.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all project activities align with company policies, data security standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Proactively resolve operational hiccups and ensure projects stay on track.
What You Bring
- Solid IT Knowledge: Comfortable with infrastructure such as networks, servers, and hardware setup.
- Project Management Mastery: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, and strong process mapping skills.
- Hands-On Experience: Several years managing IT projects, with bonus points for direct experience in relocation or logistics.
- Clear Communication: Skilled in stakeholder dialogue, vendor negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
