Job Description:
As part of a technical supervision team, you will be trained and supported to monitor alerts across UNIX/Linux infrastructures. You will assist in handling incidents reported through the ServiceNow ticketing system, contributing to their analysis and resolution with guidance from senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to monitoring alerts on UNIX/Linux servers (RedHat, Solaris).
- Handle support tickets: perform initial analysis, check logs, and restart services when needed.
- Escalate tickets to relevant teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with developers on basic requests (e.g., restarting web servers, updating configuration files).
- Edit and manage configuration files using UNIX/Linux tools.
- Participate in system monitoring to ensure smooth operations.
Profile:
- Initial experience or training in UNIX/Linux environments (RedHat, Solaris).
- Familiarity with file navigation and editing tools in UNIX/Linux.
- Ability to understand and investigate system and network incidents.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing tools, ideally ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Basic English required.
Working Hours: Rotating shifts – 7:00–16:00 / 9:00–18:00 / 11:00–20:00
