Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and challenge needs and pain points from internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes and functional architectures
- Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features
- Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during refinement phases
- Support business and user testing and organize UAT when required
- Continuously improve existing processes (user experience, efficiency, compliance)
- Produce and maintain clear and accessible documentation
- Contribute to data model design and reporting improvements thanks to your data analytics mindset
Profile required
Experience & skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong affinity with data analytics (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SAP HR (nice to have)
- Experience in Agile environment (nice to have)
- Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) (nice to have)
Languages
- Dutch: fluent
- French: fluent
- English: fluent

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
