Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to strengthen existing teams and support several ongoing digital initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering robust, high‑quality software solutions while following established technical and architectural standards.
Required Technical Skills
A strong command of the following technologies is expected:
- .NET 8
- Entity Framework Core
- Blazor WebAssembly
- SQL Server
- MongoDB
- RabbitMQ
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Additional asset: experience with microservices architecture.
Soft Skills
The ideal candidate:
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability
- Works effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
Language Requirements
Candidates should meet one of the following profiles:
- French with passive understanding of Flemish
- Flemish with passive understanding of French
- English fluency
Location & Work Model
- Location: Brussels
- On-site presence: 2 days per week (default requirement)
Additional Information for Non‑EU Candidates (working in Belgium)
Candidates must:
- Hold a valid work permit allowing them to work in Belgium
- Possess a residence permit confirming their right of residence

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
