Mission
Join a transformation program aiming to strengthen the coherence, resilience, and security of a strategic technical foundation. You will be the reference for infrastructure architecture across on‑premise and IaaS cloud environments, partnering with enterprise architecture, project teams, hosting factories, and operations to build a robust, governed, and secure platform.
What You’ll Do
1) Solution Studies & Architecture
- Translate business needs into compliant, secure, and standard‑aligned infrastructure solutions.
- Co‑design with technical and application designers; produce, review, and validate architecture deliverables (HLD/LLD).
- Ensure IT & security compliance (incl. ISO 27001), define scope and deliverables, and maintain a clear map of the existing landscape.
- Identify gaps between the current state and target solutions, and contribute to effort and cost estimates.
- Present solutions to the Architecture Committee and IT leadership.
2) Project Guidance & Risk Management
- Present infrastructure architecture in the design phase to project and factory teams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks; manage impacts of Change Requests.
- Guarantee the quality and completeness of technical documentation; contribute to Lessons Learned.
3) Run, Maintenance & Evolution
- Steer the maintenance and continuous evolution of the infrastructure architecture with the same governance and quality principles.
4) Infrastructure Governance
- Define and maintain infrastructure architecture principles and governance (naming, tagging, policies, standards).
- Actively participate in the architecture guilds/working groups.
5) Enterprise Architecture Contribution
- Share lessons learned with enterprise and IT architects to enrich the reference architecture.
- When relevant, define technical requirements and scope for RFI/RFP, and support workshops, offer analysis, negotiations, and costings.

What You Bring
Must‑Have
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure/Solutions Architect in complex hybrid (on‑prem / cloud) environments (5+ years).
- Continuity & performance expertise: BCP/DRP, backups, high availability, capacity planning, KPIs, and solid technical documentation.
- Modeling skills (UML) and architecture documentation (TAD/HLD/LLD).
- Strong foundations in virtualized infrastructures (VMware, Hyper‑V), storage SAN/NAS (RAID, zoning, multipathing, dedup).
- Security & governance for infrastructures: AD/GPO, PKI, DNS/DHCP, hardening, patching, ISO 27001/GDPR, Azure Policies, RBAC.
- French C2 (CEFR).
Should‑Have
- Network architecture & segmentation: VLAN, routing, firewalling, DMZ, QoS.
- English B1+.
- Containerization (on‑prem & cloud) and Hub & Spoke architectures.
- Monitoring & identity: SCOM, Zabbix, Grafana, AD/Azure AD, Conditional Access.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Continuous audit & compliance experience.
- Automation & migrations: PowerShell at scale, datacenter migrations, exposure to OT environments.
- Certifications & methodologies: TOGAF, ITIL, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP, Green IT.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
