At ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join a collaborative team responsible for strategic backend services, including authentication, authorization, customer data management, and shared APIs. In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of scalable backend solutions used across multiple business applications. You will work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and development teams to ensure high standards of quality, security, performance, and maintainability while actively participating in technical discussions and solution design.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and evolve REST APIs and Kafka-based integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, technical workshops, and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to manage dependencies and shared services.
- Contribute to application security, performance, and operational stability.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and Kafka
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle
- Familiarity with Keycloak, LDAP, and security concepts
- Knowledge of Docker and OpenShift
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Quality-oriented mindset with attention to security and performance
