We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic enterprise transformation project in Luxembourg. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management to drive process improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and support the evolution of a key business platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Perform functional and technical analysis.
- Ensure consistency and completeness of business processes and workflows.
- Enhance reporting, monitoring, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Support software testing and solution validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide project reporting to management.
- Deliver user support and training when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale software projects.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Waterfall experience is a plus).
- Experience in software testing and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
