At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Scrum Master who can guide Agile teams, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital services. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams apply Agile best practices while supporting continuous improvement and strong cross-team collaboration. You will play a key role in facilitating SAFe and Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and supporting data-driven team performance, ensuring alignment between team execution and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure alignment with SAFe 6.0 practices.
- Support Agile teams by removing impediments and managing dependencies across teams.
- Promote clear communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, burn-down, throughput).
- Encourage continuous improvement and support Agile best practices within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a SAFe environment.
- Experience in software development or IT environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles.
- Certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) is required.
- Additional Agile certifications such as CSM or CSP are considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe 6.0 framework, roles, and artifacts.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
